Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is immediately forwarded to the appropriate supplier.

  • Status Updates: You will receive an email confirming your order receipt, and another email containing the tracking number once the product is actually shipped by the supplier.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs. Costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method and the supplier's geographical location.

  • Saudi Arabia: Delivery within 5 to 10 business days for express shipping.
  • Gulf Cooperation Council (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Delivery within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Other Arab Countries: Please contact us to check availability and delivery time.
Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes imposed by the government of the destination country. The customer is fully responsible for these fees.
